Return Period & Conditions

You have 30 days from your original purchase date to return any item for an exchange or a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused with all seals and original packaging intact.

  • In a saleable condition.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or a valid proof of purchase.

Exclusions: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on medicines, food items, or cosmetic products once they have been opened, unless the item is found to be faulty.

How to Return Your Item

As we operate exclusively online, we do not accept in-person returns at our unit. All returns must be sent via post.

2. Choose Your Courier You can return your order using your preferred local courier (such as Royal Mail, Evri, or InPost).

  • No Printer? Most modern courier drop-off points (like Post Offices or Evri ParcelShops) allow you to print your label in-store using a QR code on your phone.

  • Multiple Items: If you are returning items from different orders, please package them separately with individual tracking labels.

Refunds & Processing

  • Proof of Postage: Always obtain a receipt and a tracking code when dropping off your parcel. This is your proof of return.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days for your parcel to reach us and be inspected by our team.

  • Receiving Your Money: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
